Fundraiser Opportunity
We are excited to offer the following fundraising opportunities to your school. We are very aware of the impact of the recent budget cuts to some schools.
Magical Mealtime would like to help your school try to defray some of those cuts. We have a great Fundraising Program in place that is very simple for the schools to execute. You simply announce and advertise the dates of “YOUR SCHOOL DAYS” at Magical Mealtime and the code for your families and friends to use, which we will provide. This code allows us to track your sales and lets us know their order is in support of your school.
Magical Mealtime will then total all of the completed orders using your code and donate 10% back to your school. It is that simple. No products for you to tally orders and distribute! Plus, it is a service that your school families will benefit from when they bring dinnertime back to the table as they actually have a restaurant quality meal to serve their families, in spite of their busy schedules!
This fundraising program has been proven to be one that is successful, as well as enjoyable. One area high school scheduled a night every month for their administrators and teachers to take advantage of. Not only did they raise over $3000 over the course of the school year, but they also raved about the difference having Magical Mealtime meals made in their families eating habits. They were able to come home and prepare top quality meals with minimal time, effort and clean-up. Thus, allowing them to spend more time with their own family.

*Designated monthly Fundraising Days/Weeks.
*Magical Mealtime will donate 10% of the total sales using your schools fundraising code, back to your school.
*We will offer any individual placing a package order, in support of your fundraising, an additional FREE entrée for participating, and supporting your school! Individuals wishing to order single entrées will get them at a discounted rate.
*The elementary school who has raised the most funds in a calendar month will receive ALL of Magical Mealtime’s “Box Tops for Education “ box tops for that month. (and we use A LOT of Ziploc bags!!)
*At the end of the school year, the school who has raised the most funds through Magical Mealtime will receive an additional donation from us! We will MATCH your funds raised through our fundraising program! That will give you an additional 10 % , bringing your total to 20% of your funds raised!!
*As an added bonus, Magical Mealtime will provide food for Special Teacher’s breakfasts and lunches to you at our cost. Since we order our foods fresh and in bulk quantities, we get discounted pricing. This has potential to save money while providing quality food for your staff functions.
