Magical Mealtime has developed a menu of recipes following healthy nutritional guidelines.  If you are following a set nutritional program, such as Campisi Health Centers or  the Get Fit Club,  these menu items were designed to fall within those dietary guidelines. 

 

All  menu items are single portion and when paired with a side dish or two,  follow the  median nutritional guidelines set by Campisi Health Centers of:  30-40% Protein, 30-40% Carbs, and 30% Fat.    If these are not within your particular program guidelines, please adjust the portion sizes to personalize it to your needs.

 

Each entree will  be pre-cooked and pre-packaged and will come with easy to follow heating instructions.

Menu Items are priced individually.  Sides are available, if you would like to order them, as well.
